With The Yetee you can rest assured that your personal information will never be rented, sold, or otherwise shared with any third party. Of course, this excludes the sharing of your shipping address with one of our shipping providers (including but not limited to): USPS, UPS, OSM Worldwide, and ePost Global International. This also excludes the transmitting of your credit card information (fully encrypted) to our credit card processor, Braintree, in order to process your payment. These two exceptions are completely normal and necessary for any transaction to take place on any website where a physical product is being sold.

You have the right to opt-out of sharing. We plan on holding your information (account info) until the end of days. You have the right to delete your account with us. You have the right to correct your info. We do not do automated decision making, we do not sell your information You have the right to request your personal data. Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact help @ theyetee.com to request return instructions. All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Garments and wearbles items must be unworn and unwashed. All other items must be unopened, unplayed, unassembled, and in new condition. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email. Be aware that due to the extreme limited-edition nature of our products, exchanges are possible but not guaranteed.

Refund Policy

We strive to have 100% satisfaction with all of our customers. If there is an issue with your order or your product, email us at help @ theyetee.com and we will do our best to make it right. We appreciate our customers and will work with you to be sure you are satisfied with our product.

If you receive an item that is defective/damaged due to a manufacturing or shipping issue, please reach out immediately for assistance. We will do our best to replace or refund the item(s) depending on product availability.

Limited Edition Item Policy

We reserve the right to restrict the quantity of limited edition items available per mailing address. Orders that exceed normal individual quantities may be cancelled. For inquiries into wholesale orders please use our contact form.

Artist Agreement

You must be at least 18 years of age in order to work with the Yetee in any capacity.

The Yetee will have your shirt for sale on theyetee.com for up to 7 days. The Yetee will sell it for $18 (USD). The Yetee will only print as many shirts as The Yetee sells plus extra for spoilage. The Yetee will give you $2.25 (USD) for every shirt The Yetee sells. The Yetee will give you up to 3 free shirts of your design based on requested garment type. The Yetee will pay you within 10 business days of the end of the sale of your design. The Yetee will retain the right to use your design for promotional purposes (blog posts, videos etc) and in our previous tees gallery until the end of time. The Yetee reserves the right to make adjustments to the design based on technical or aesthetic needs. The Yetee also reserves the right to reprint designs in the future.

You will not submit stolen art to The Yetee. Doing this will cause you great shame. You will not submit works that you do not own or control the rights to. The designs you submit are your original work and do not violate any law or infringe upon any intellectual property right, right of privacy, or publicity or other proprietary rights of any third party. Finally, The Yetee reserves the right to abort the sale of the design for any reason including copyright, printing at another site, being a tracer so on and so forth.

You will provide The Yetee with your design to scale and color separated as a 300dpi .PSD or .AI file with a maximum of 4 colors (plus shirt color). You will retain the rights to your design before and after the sale of your shirt. You will send The Yetee your best designs, before anyone else, because you love us and The Yetee will pay you well. The more you promote and support The Yetee, the more The Yetee will promote and support you.

By entering your email address you agree you would like to receive occasional marketing emails from The Yetee. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any parties except The Yetee.

No purchase necessary. Giveaway winner will be randomly chosen on the date listed above. If the grand prize winner is located in a region where the prize is unavailable, the winner shall receive a prize equivalent in value. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery & handling of prize. The Yetee reserves the right to substitute a prize equivalent in value if the listed one is unattainable. Giveaway is not valid instates/provinces/territories/countries with prohibitive sweepstakes laws. Giveaway is Void in Quebec. Entrant must be age of majority for their respective country, if entrant is not of age of majority, parental permission is required.
