Much like the rest of the world, we've been closely tracking the global pandemic of COVID-19. Our priority as a company during this crisis is the health and safety of Yetee Staff Members and our customers.
Up until now this hasn't disrupted our production. We've been adapting our operations to safeguard staff and customers with workplace social distancing, extra disinfecting of stations, and mandatory work-from-home.
While we are continuing to ship orders daily, the worldwide logistics community has been hit hard because of Covid-19. We are now seeing significant delays for our international customers due to reduced international flights and service suspensions to various countries. What this means to you is that your order may take significantly longer to reach its final destination than anticipated.
To stay healthy and follow the advice of our local public health experts, we've needed to make bigger changes to our scheduling to continue to keep everyone safe during this difficult time. These precautions haven't stopped our operations, but shipping could be delayed in the future.
As we are based in Aurora, IL, this is subject to change as the local government navigates this pandemic in our community. Despite the challenges we face, we are confident that any delays will be temporary and in due time we will be able to return to full capacity. If the situation changes, we'll be sure to let you know.
