The Horror! Vol. 1

In an apparent act of marketing desperation, The Living Dead people at Label 51 Recordings proudly present this modern day take on the classic Halloween records of yore. Presented on GLOW-IN-THE-DARK VINYL... you and your still-living friends will devilishly enjoy scaring neighbors OFF OF YOUR LAWN with TRIPTIDES' groovy take on the classic "Spooky," hide under your couch when MOJAVE PHONE BOOTH sneak in right behind them with some "Grave Dirt." Then we'll all marvel at the debut of DEEP BLUE SOMETHING's morbid fascination with "Who Put Bella In The Witch Elm?" (a true story!) But "Don't Be Afraid" if you've "Got The Fear" because NIGHT CRICKETS and RAIN PARADE made their way through your front door to comfort you... somewhat.

Only PRAIRIE PRINCE can stave off the "Black Horror" that's gripped your soul.

BUT WAIT! Faster than you can say "Abra Cadaver"... the GEMINI THIEVES extend a hand (from beyond the grave?!) "When The Hangman..." comes calling for you, courtesy of the RUBY FRIEDMAN ORCHESTRA. Meanwhile Rick Springfield's MORRIS * SPRINGFIELD PROJECT abandons Jessie and his girl in this "Godforsaken World" that's bound to be derailed by the "Hell's Rails" RAVENS MORELAND introduces here. Finally, the "Phantom of The Opera" now seems soothing via the thereminical stylings of DIVINE HAND ENSEMBLE!

ALL of this courtesy of the Spooky Humans and their growing coolish, ghoulish roster at Label 51.
