When does my Sweater order ship?
Due to the high volume of designs for the event— we can't guarantee our standard turnaround on sweaterfest items. As of right now, we are shipping out all orders by the end of November.
About The Yetee
What is The Yetee?
The Yetee is a short little guy that lives in a cave. How he got part ownership and the site named after him is still a mystery to us. He mostly sits around, eats beef jerky, plays video games, and hangs out on Twitter and Instagram all day.
But seriously what is this website?
We started out selling limited edition shirts for $11. Now we sell limited edition shirts, books, toys, and other fun items to sell in the Yeteemart. Making great stuff is our main goal.
So your previous designs cannot be purchased? No extra stock?
We only print the shirts for a limited time, so sorry if you missed it. We don't print many extras, and those are used for lost or damaged shirts.
If a shirt is not for sale on our site as a daily deal or in the Yeteemart, we can't get you one. We asked the Yetee himself.
When do the new designs go up for sale?
We release a new tee design every 24 hours around 12 midnight Central Time. Or at 11PM Mountain and 10PM Pacific. There's also that handy little timer up there to let you know.
The Yetee Mart is out of stock!
If the Yeteemart is out of stock on an item, we will restock the shirt. It just takes some time, a whole lot of precious time to do it, to do it, to do it, to do it, to do it, to do it right child.
If a size isn't selectable, it is out of stock. We will order more soon.
Printing & Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship shirts almost everywhere! Shipping costs are calculated in the cart by Deep Thought.
USA shipping is $3.85 for one T-shirt
Canada shipping is $4 for one T-shirt
The rest of the world starts at $5.50 and will vary depending on your country. Add the shirt to the cart, it will tell you.
Posters, sweatshirts, and other cool items cost more to ship.
We try to ship to as many countries as possible.
Some international countries will have added taxes, duties, and VAT. This is the buyer's responsibility, so make sure you know your country's import rules before purchase.
What if I messed up my address?
Hey it happens. We forget where we live. If the shirt has been shipped, we might have to wait for it to return from the voyage to send another.
If you entered the wrong country, there might be a charge to get it to the right place.
In this case you will have to let us know where to send the shirt and pay the actual cost of shipping, or we will refund you if you paid too much. It happens more than you would think.
What kind of shirts do you print on?
We try to print on 100% ringspun cotton, regular fit tees as much as possible. We think they are soft and breathable, just like The Yetee's fur. Heather colored shirts are a poly blend. They are from the same line of shirts, they just need a touch of poly to get that textured look. If you are between sizes order up for maximum satisfaction.
Our shirts are pre-shrunk 100% cotton, but will still shrink a bit. For best results follow directions on tag for washing, and remember that heat when washing or drying will cause the shirts to shrink. Shirts are made by hand so there is a +/- tolerance of an inch on sizing.
We make every effort to print on ringspun cotton. It is thinner, softer and more comfortable. Rarely certain colors are not available on ringspun and we will use a 100% cotton shirt substitute. We also change brands depending on stock availability, but keep quality and style consistent.
How do you print your shirts?
We print all of our tees using industry standard screen-printing processes at the Yetee Cave in Aurora, IL. We don't do any direct-to-garment printing (iron ons, heat transfers).
Can you combine orders?
We can not combine orders from multiple days. It throws off the Yetee, his hair gets knotted, and things get lost.
If you want to add onto your order, the best way is to make an order with everything you want, and then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel and refund the first order.
How long does it take for your shirts to get printed & shipped?
We try to have them printed and shipped within 5-7 business days* of the end of the sale. US delivery is between 3-5 days
Some Pre-Order items will have longer wait times noted and will not ship out right away.
International transit time varies by country, the average is 10-15 business days once the order has shipped from the Yetee HQ.
South America tends to have longer times due to customs in these regions.
We will email you tracking as soon as your shirt ships out. Tracking is not available for international orders, but we will still email you when your shirt departs.

Where is my shirt?
Can I use a freight forwarder for shipping?
Unfortunately, The Yetee is unable to ship orders via a freight forwarding service. Any orders using forwarding or courier services will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Is my credit card info secure?
Your payment is handled through Paypal Authorization Services, where your payment information is very secure. Your card information is not stored on our servers at all.
Do you accept Paypal?
Yes, we accept Paypal as an option for payment.
With The Yetee you can rest assured that your personal information will never be rented, sold, or otherwise shared with any third party. Of course, this excludes the sharing of your shipping address with one of our shipping providers, UPS, FedEx, or USPS, in order to ship you your shirt. This also excludes the transmitting of your credit card information (fully encrypted) to our credit card processor, Authorize.net, in order to process your payment. These two exceptions are completely normal and necessary for any transaction to take place on any website where a physical product is being sold.
Do you have a Return Policy?
Returns are available if you received the wrong shirt/size than ordered or due to a manufacturer's defect. Returns must be unworn and unwashed.

All returns must be within 30 days from the date of purchase and item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email.
How much do your shirts cost?
The 24 hour designs are $11 plus shipping. 2x and 3x cost $13.
Yeteemart shirt prices vary per shirt and stock is limited.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order during the shirt sale.
We only sell the shirt for one day, then we go to print. We ask that you do not cancel the order after that. We made that shirt just for you. You don't want to send it to the shirt orphanage do you?
Who designs your tees?
Our tees are designed by all sorts of wonderful artists from all over the world. The Yetee even likes to design a tee every so often... You can submit a design by clicking the submit button in our Nav!
What do the artists get for printing with you?
Our artists get paid $1.50 per shirt and get a free shirt of their design. There are also additional bonuses and contests. Because we only print one run of shirts, the artist retains rights to the design after the sale is over.

Our base of operations is located in beautiful Downtown Aurora Illinois. Not too far from the Gasworks, but close to Stan Makita's Donuts. We can't do pickup orders right now. We work weird hours and the Yetee bites.
