Original soundtrack for the manga "Ki ni Natteru Hito ga Otoko Janakatta." This comic soundtrack includes 10 songs carefully selected from actual bands/artists and songs in the comic. For example, it includes "Heart-Shaped Box", a song by Nirvana, a band that appears many times in the book and is a favorite of the two main characters. This is the first time ever that this song has been included on a compilation album. The album comes with a booklet that includes a newly drawn 4-page manga and an interview with Sumiko Arai.
